This program is for intermediate level lifts (1-2 years of resistance training experience) and/or have a back squat max of <1.5xBW. This is a 8-week program consisting of two 4 week blocks. The program consists of power lifts, olympic lifts, plyometrics, sprinting, and max effort jump sessions. The first block is aimed at improving strength and tissue resiliency, while the second block is aimed at transferring the strength built in in the first block into power. There is a manual describing the what and why behind each exercise. Links to videos for the exercises are linked in the program itself in the excel document.
